All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, mobile application, self-service kiosks, and at the box office, regardless of whether the ticket has been collected or if the guest is unable to attend the screening.

We do not issue cash refunds; however, Novo Cinemas Account holders are eligible for a refund of the full ticket amount plus any associated booking fee, in the form of credit to their Novo E-Wallet where 1 Novo credit is equivalent to 1 QAR.

The credited amount can be used only for any future online ticket purchases and/or F&B at Novo Cinemas. If no E-Wallet is available, a voucher or gift card will be issued to the customer, redeemable for ticket and/or F&B purchases at Novo Cinemas.

In order to apply for this refund, cancellations must be made before the scheduled showtime indicated in the ticket. Tickets scanned or marked as collected at the cinema entrance will not be eligible for a refund to the E-Wallet.

Failure to attend the movie does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, rescheduling, or compensation.

Only one birthday reward per member per calendar year, regardless of DOB modifications.
